My Story

There was a time when yoga became more than movement for me.
It became a way to reconnect — to myself, to my body, and to the natural rhythms of life.

Like many women, I experienced the pressure of constantly doing, pushing, and moving through life disconnected from what I truly needed. Through yoga, reflection, and seasonal living, I began to understand the importance of slowing down, listening inward, and creating practices that support wellbeing in a more sustainable way.

Fröja Yoga was born from this journey.

Fröja Yoga is grounded in the belief that wellbeing is not created through perfection or intensity, but cultivated through awareness, rhythm, movement, rest, and intentional living.

Through classes, courses, retreats, and community spaces, my intention is to support women in reconnecting with themselves and navigating life with greater clarity, strength, and balance.
