Cyprus Bootcamp Retreat

CrossFit & Yoga — A Great Combination

In Spring 2026, Fröja Yoga joined a five-day Bootcamp Retreat in Cyprus, bringing together CrossFit, Yoga, movement, recovery, community, and plenty of sunshine.

The days began with energising morning yoga sessions by the pool, followed by two CrossFit sessions, time to relax, shared meals, and opportunities to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The retreat also included a silent walk to nearby rocks and caves, where we explored breathwork, meditation, and the simple practice of slowing down and reconnecting with nature.

Each day finished with a nourishing sunset yoga practice, helping participants unwind, recover, and prepare for the next day.

CrossFit and Yoga complement each other beautifully. Together they support strength, mobility, balance, recovery, focus, and overall wellbeing — creating a sustainable approach to both training and life.

Most importantly, it was fun.

Days filled with movement, laughter, challenge, recovery, connection, and rhythm.

We look forward to sharing more Fröja Yoga retreats, events, and collaborations in Sweden and internationally in the future.
